Private markets infrastructure hasn't kept up with demand. Asset managers can't efficiently accept smaller allocations. Wealth advisors can't build institutional-quality programs without building large teams and juggling multiple vendors.
Billions in capital demand meet billions in capital supply, but operational friction in the middle prevents efficient flows. Asset managers turn away capital they need. Wealth advisors can't access opportunities their clients want.
The wealth advisory sector represents the fastest-growing capital pool in private markets – projected to deploy $3T by 2029*. Yet antiquated software creates bottlenecks at every step: fragmented subscriptions, manual vehicle administration, disconnected portfolio tracking, and expensive one-off solutions.

Wealth advisors are the fastest-growing source of private markets capital. But every investment still requires manual paperwork, disconnected systems, and operational overhead that doesn't scale.
Allocate is the infrastructure layer for private markets. We handle subscriptions, capital flows, and portfolio operations for wealth advisors building private market programs. What used to require weeks of manual work now runs through a single operating system.
Automation eliminates many manual processes that create bottlenecks in capital flows
Serves both wealth advisory firms & asset managers – the complete capital flow, not just one side
Works alongside and is integrated with major reporting platforms for wealth advisors, rather than requiring replacement

Every interaction is approached with urgency, clarity, and accountability. Taking ownership until complexity is resolved.

Focused on making private markets operable at scale, not accepting current constraints.
Platform Assets includes all discretionary and non-discretionary assets under management by Allocate Management Company, including investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, as well as assets for vehicles where Allocate acts as the general partner, or for which one of its affiliates provides fund administration as a dedicated service.

They founded Allocate to fix that – building the infrastructure to connect billions in wealth channel capital to institutional asset managers.
Samir has spent 26 years in private markets, working with funds, companies, and LPs – giving him firsthand perspective on the industry's core problems: limited transparency, operational inefficiency, and barriers to access.
Before founding Allocate, Samir spent 22 years in venture banking at SVB and First Republic, advising over 700 VC and PE firms and personally investing in 80+ funds and companies. Allocate was built to solve the infrastructure problems he witnessed across the ecosystem.
